Apple will not distribute applications that contain inappropriate content, such as pornography. The developer of this application added inappropriate content directly from their server after the application had been approved and distributed, and after the developer had subsequently been asked to remove some offensive content. This was a direct violation of the terms of the iPhone Developer Program. The application is no longer available on the App Store.
A continuanción I leave with a translation (some free) of the text:
Apple will not distribute applications that have explicit content, such as pornography. The developers of these applications add inappropriate content from their servers after the adoption and application distribution. Then you contact them to tell them to remove the offensive content. This is a direct violation of the terms of this program developer iPhone. The application will not be available longer in the App Store.
On one hand I like a very wise decision for Apple, the porn industry moves much money and I am convinced that they would start out many applications in the App Store that saturate politically frowned content.
How can you guarantee Apple a minor access to this content? How do you verify that the photos, videos or are legal and conducted by people over age?.
Apple can not guarantee these and many other questions on the contents of these applications so it seems reasonable to me that politics have taken. Yet you must not forget that the iPhone has internet connection so the door is always open so you can see this type of content from Safari.

Recently I have in my possession a precious iPod Touch 8 GB which had not yet uploaded any implementation of the App Store.
The reason for such an aberration was that sign up for the AppStore and download the applications needed to provide the number of my credit card. When you have a Visa or Master you have no problem to sign, but in my case was a card Maestro debit card that I could not register. The big drawback is that the registration form did not show the option to register without providing the card details and this caused that I could download free applications on my iPod Touch.
Googling a bit I found a little trick on the forums of taringa that creates an account for iTunes without having to provide credit card happy. After the jump you can see a step by step guide with screenshots.
